The factory operates with complete, end-to-end production lines, covering cutting, machining, assembly, surface preparation, painting, and quality control. This streamlined process ensures consistency, efficiency, and strict adherence to project specifications.
With a substantial production capacity of approximately 30,000 to 40,000 sheets per month, we are well-positioned to support high-volume developments while maintaining precision and quality across every unit.
Our manufacturing capabilities are backed by experienced technical teams and rigorous quality assurance systems, enabling us to meet demanding timelines without compromising standards.
We are in the process of setting up a semi automatic production line in Melbourne, which will better support our clients and level up the capacity.
